Returns & Exchanges
Underwear can only be tried on over your own underwear or other clothing for hygiene reasons. Failure to comply with these rules may result in rejection.
Shipping instructions

Fill out the appropriate form (for exchange, return or complaint see below).

Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport and we recommend insuring the shipment.

The shipping costs are paid by the sender.

Do not send shipments cash on delivery – will not be accepted.

The shipment is considered delivered only at the moment of its physical acceptance at the supplier's address.
Exchange of goods
The customer has the option of exchanging the goods. The goods must meet the following conditions:

unworn, undamaged and in original condition
-
contain original tags and hygienic protective elements in the original undamaged packaging
Before sending the shipment, it is necessary to fill out form for exchange, return or complaint of goods.
Return of goods (withdrawal from the contract)
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must meet the following conditions:

unworn, undamaged and in their original condition

contain original tags and hygienic protective elements in the original undamaged packaging
-
be sent back no later than 14 days from delivery
After delivery and inspection of the shipment, the customer will be refunded the purchase price no later than 14 days.
In the event of damage or depreciation of the goods, the seller reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the returned price.
Before sending the shipment, it is necessary to fill out form for exchange, return or complaint of goods.
Complaint of goods
In the event of defective or damaged goods, the customer has the right to make a complaint within the legal period.
Procedure:
We will handle the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the delivery of the shipment. You will be informed of the result by e-mail or telephone.
