Delivery & payment

We usually dispatch goods the next business day after placing the order. In case there is some trouble or some details to be worked out, our staff will get in touch with you using the contact information you provided.

We use parcel services, regular mail or our representatives to deliver ordered goods. You, as the customer, will be charged for the delivery and other additional fees (such as packing). The cost of these depends on your chosen delivery method. You can also arrange picking up the goods at our warehouse.

By sending your order to us you are bound by our terms until the delivery or our refusal of your order. We have the right to refuse your order within 10 days from your placing it, if it cannot be completed or executed, or is not in accordance with our terms. In such case you will be notified via e-mail or via regular mail.

By receving the goods you become their owner.

We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash on delivery (COD): you pay the money to the delivery person upon receipt of goods.
Wire transfer: After sending the order we will send you the information needed to make the transfer – Bank account number, Variable symbol and the total amount to be paid. In this case we ship the goods right after the money arrives on our account. To ensure smooth operation, we require the transfer to be made within 5 days after sending the order.
Credit card payment - Payment is made via a secure card payment gateway. With this method of payment is your order sent immediately.
